If you rewrite the data from the CPAP to the card, the summary data will be rewritten to the card, but not the detail data, it's just not stored in the machine. The detail data is only recorded on the card while you are using the CPAP. If you look at the files on the card, the detail data is the data in the Datalog folder. JeffL wrote:SH not showing data, in my experience, occurs when the detail data is not on the card. I've had a couple of occasions where I didn't have the card pushed in all the way or something, so I was missing some data with ResScan, but once the card was properly reinstalled, the summary data was once again copied from the CPAP to the SD card. The S9 stores a year's worth of summary data, so you should always be able to see summary reports and graphs with ResScan. SH not showing data, in my experience, occurs when the detail data is not on the card. If that is correct, the data stored in your CPAP would overwrite the data that was on the card, so the data that was recorded while it was in the APAP would be gone. You then took your card from the APAP, and put it back in the CPAP. The way I read it is, you took the card from your CPAP, and put it in the APAP. I really having trouble following what you did with the SD cards. SH data is not kept on a website, it's kept in your computer. I know I actually used the machine on those dates because I wrote down the few nights that I didn't use it. And two days that I believe I left the card out of the machine by mistake that don't show up in either place. I have 3 days that I definitely used the machine because the data shows in Rescan but it's missing in SH. Just wondering why data would show up in SH and not Rescan or vice versa. What's the problem if you lost some data? You'll have lots of chances with the new machine! I am almost certain that the Laptop will NOT write data into an empty CD card. But not all the data which is kept on the card for shorter periods (a week for detailed data). If I give my card to my DME then they could see some data going back a year. I have been using one SD card (2 MB) for the last two years. (BTW, to have detailed (graphs) data recorded on the SD card, the card must be inserted before you run the machine) I just need to pick the date and click REVIEW DATA. In the morning perhaps?Īvi123 wrote:Without using the SD card I just clicked on ResScan software in my Laptop, and chose the petient (me), and now I can see data for any date that I have downloaded in the past. Lovely! Not sure when the transfer to the sd actually takes place. So I'm hoping the info that's on the machine will rewrite to the card because right now the card says it has no data at all on it. Of course when I went to put the card back in the cpap, I got the dreaded "invalid card" thing and the only way it would accept the card was to erase the data on it/reformat. It shows last nights data of course but not the two nights prior which were on the apap. I took the card out of the cpap that was here before and downloaded it to Rescan. I don't have the SD card from the autopap that they took last night as it was in the machine when they took it. If you took the SD card from the machine you were using the past two night, and put it in another machine, the last machine you put the card into will probably overwrite the data on the SD card with its own data. JeffL wrote:To the best of my knowledge, ResScan will only read the data from the SD card.Īlso, I think they have a strange format, so that copying the data from your computer to another SD card, and trying to read that SD card will not work.
